It is a documented method you can read and hold us to, which is uncommon in the high-volume hair transplant market.

Every procedure is performed by qualified surgeons, not technicians, and includes surgeon-led post-operative care over several days, plus ALMI Nanofat. The high-volume model that dominates some markets relies on technicians performing much of the surgery while a named surgeon supervises. At Dr. Top, every procedure is performed by three qualified surgeons. Bangkok is also roughly half the flight time from Australia and New Zealand compared with Istanbul, and you receive several days of in-person, surgeon-led recovery rather than a 48-hour package. You also have access to ALMI Nanofat, which few clinics include.

The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic, so you should not feel pain during surgery. Most patients report mild discomfort rather than pain in the first day or two. Pain management is part of the Prevention pillar and is tailored to you and adjusted daily during your recovery stay in Bangkok.

Most nationalities, including Australian, New Zealand, British, Canadian, US, and Singaporean passport holders, receive visa-free entry to Thailand for 30 to 60 days, and no medical visa is required. Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport is well connected with direct flights from most major cities.
